Wonder Windows

Very happy with Wonder from beginning to end of our window and door replacement project. Started with the salesman Tom Garmon, was very professional, informative and attentive, also not pushy or aggressive to get the sale. 2nd, the installation crew was contracted out from their buffalo location, Paramount windows and doors were the company, the crew was fantastic, very professional, courteous and friendly, always cleaned up after each day, took their time to make sure each window was properly installed and took the time to answer any questions we may have had during install. Would highly recommend these guys to anyone interested in a home window/door replacement project.

I had mixed feelings on Wonder Windows. I contracted with Wonder Windows because I liked the options offered. Loved being able to have wood toned grids inside, white on the outside with a wide variety of wood tones to choose from. Prices were comparable to the other quotes I obtained. Windows in entire house were replaced and I had two double things converted to a bay. Bay was installed without the grids in the center window as ordered. Infrequent updates were frustrating and never receiving any inquire from salesman, Dave Thornbury, was irritating. But - color me happy today! Replacement arrived and I’m in love with the look. This bay makes the entire room look amazing.

Wonder Windows was recommended by a friend. I recently purchased an 83 yr old home, in Irondequoit. All (6) the upstairs windows were originals and in very poor condition, as were two downstairs. Communication was good and installation completed on scheduled day, by a team of four.

Wonder Windows made the entire window replacement process smooth and stress-free. Rocky gave a great product demo and educated us thoroughly. Steve handled the final measurements with speed and professionalism. The installer completed all the windows in just one day with excellent workmanship. Everyone we worked with was pleasant, efficient, and made the experience easy from start to finish. Because of their professionalism and how seamless they made everything, we’ll definitely be contacting Wonder Windows again for future projects. First impressions are everything. Rocky broke everything down for us in a thorough but easy to undertand plan of aaction.He was not pushy like the several quotes we got before him. I will keep everyone updated as progress moves on. Excited! Final measurements where compled on 10 October, everything went great! Steve Klaver, their final measurement assosiate , broke down everything as far as what to expect in the near future of this project. Once again another amazing representation of good customer service. When he left all my questions where answered. Now I'm looking forward to the next step. Windows and doors where installed on 12/17/2025. They are amazing. I can feel the difference . They look amazing. Ty guys and gals. We will.be talking with you again once warm weather comes around
