I had selected this company (also located in Pittsburg, KS) due to good reviews. Their brochure makes many promises, but the company ignores any complaints that apply to their work I started this procedure in October, 2024 , and even though I paid my bill in , full on March, 2025, there was always delays. It started with the arrival of the new windows that were either the wrong size or with the wrong color for the sashes. The incompetence of the workers was beyond belief. They spoke no English, and the construction concierge who was to be at the job everyday, didn’t show up for days at a time. Which is why there were so many problems. We used Xtreme Exteriors to replace the siding on our home after storm damage, and we are extremely happy with both the experience and the finished project. From the beginning, the salesman did a great job working with our insurance company to make sure everything that needed to be covered was approved. Communication was always clear when we reached out, and everyone we worked with was friendly and professional. The crew was respectful of our home and property, and no trash was left behind. They took extra time to make sure everything laid together nicely and looked as seamless as possible. One detail that really stood out was that they chipped away some overdone mortar around our brick so the siding would lay flat and look right—even though they technically didn’t have to do that. This company is an absolute JOKE! After being 2 months late getting started (which we had to call for updates as they couldn't be bothered to pick up the phone) of course excuse after excuse on the delays. When they finally did show up the level of work performed is pretty sub par. They Ripped my internet line out of the box not Once but Twice in 3 days. They left nails and screws in the yard/driveway. Cigarette butts in my yard. I would recommend ANY other company for your siding needs as this place obviously doesn't care about the customer just the paycheck.

We recently had side panels installed on our house and we couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, the team was professional, friendly and efficient. They took the time to explain the process, helped us choose the best materials for our home, and kept everything clean and tidy throughout the job. The installation itself was smooth (bar a weather related delay) - but their Office Manager, Bella stepped in and was a superstar in communicating, keeping us posted and getting things back on track! Absolutely fantastic service. Can't believe the difference it made. These guys turn up when they say they will turn up and deliver above expectations. Will definitely use again and would recommend as first choice for exterior cleaning in any application
