I can’t give this place enough stars. I brought my favorite rug ever in and they were amazing from start to finish. He even brought it out to my car. Such a good genuine business that deserves so much support.

I had my living room carpet cleaned and didn’t know what to expect because it was my first time using a carpet cleaning company. The overall experience was great. The service guy was professional, on time, and willing to explain the process. They are reasonably priced and did a Fantastic job. I wouldn’t hesitate to call them back or recommend them to friends. In the past, we took 3 rugs here to have them cleaned, they were done in a matter of 2 weeks. The cleaning was just "okay" but i accept some fault as we should have had them cleaned a lot sooner. However, in the last 8 months, we took 1 rug in on its own and it took over 1 month to get it back and we had to call to check on the status. Reluctantly dropped off another 2 rugs -- back in February and it's now the middle of May and still have not received them back. We called last week and they said it would be another week or two. It shouldn't take 3+ months to clean 2 rugs or they should be upfront at drop off. Will never go there again.

Had over 10 area rugs cleaned and they all came back damaged. 5 of the rugs are expensive oriental rugs that were in mint condition when they were picked up and are now in terrible condition - the sides are tattered and the pile has been reduced. Yaeger is denying the damage, which is ridiculous because they have before and after pictures that clearly show the dramatic change. I do not recommend this company. Find another company. In response to your most recent reply, that is the correct record you located. The rugs were 100% damaged by you. They were in pristine condition when I dropped them off and I am still sick over the damage, years later. If you are willing to help resolve this, please lee me know. The technician was verry professional and did an excellent job cleaning our wall-to-wall carpet in our family room. We also had them clean an area rug at their business. In both cases the work was excellent, and I would highly recommend them to anyone. The price was also very reasonable!
