There was an issue with one aspect of the installation but Jeremiah was transparent and addressed the issue fairly. I appreciate their honesty and integrity. Also, when I noticed that a piece of the wood trim got damaged (these things happen, especially with older houses), they sent someone over immediately to repair it and it looks perfect.
