John is knowledgeable and dependable, and has allowed us to become comfortable pool owners. He goes out of his way to explain the ins and outs of pool maintenance. His work is meticulous and clean. He has opened and closed our pool, and handled maintenance issues in between, all with perfect results. Such a better experience than dealing with the original pool company . Can’t recommend John enough.

I called Your Pool Guy after Google telling me they were in my area to ask about installation of a pool. I received a call back shortly after trying to call. While this business ended up not being in my area he was helpful in recommending another business that was closer to my area. Thank you for your time and effort! You are appreciated!

Don't trust this person they don't even know how to drive I almost just hit their butt because they decide to cut right in front of me coming down 72 in Lebanon PA and they had a trailer and they cut right in front of me I almost hit them with my camera my camera caught it so if I would have hit them it would have been their fault and then I would have sued them if they can't even drive how can you trust them to do something more difficult like clean your pool make sure all the chemicals are right you can't don't trust this company or this person they can't drive so you can't trust them with a more difficult thing about keeping your pool safe

I had the exact opposite experience. I had always dealt with Foxx pools since they installed mine. They have been nothing but a nightmare. My heater was broken and they had one person come out and said that I needed a new fan though he said he's "not sure" this was the problem then I insisted that they send another technician who said I needed a whole new heater! I had a friend recommended John and I called him, explained what was happening with my heater and he knew right away what was wrong with it before even looking at it. All it needed was the spider webs that have accumulated all over and in the components cleaned out. It sounds like Dave McLean had a very bad experience with the swimming pool service company he used to replace his swimming pool liner. Unfortunately, Your Pool Guy, inc does not and has never installed replacement swimming pool liners. We refer all of our customers and those that inquire about replacement liners to local swimming pool service companies that do install replacement swimming pool liners. I think that Mr. McLean inaccurately and falsely described a situation at his residence that did not involve Your Pool Guy, inc swimming pool service. Please be knowledgeable of the company name of any contractors that perform service at your property before posting such derogatory reviews. You do not realize the lasting impact that comments have on future work for businesses.
