Zach not only built our new home in Lincoln City, but he also just completed an addition for us of an enclosed patio and exterior stairs. We have been in the house not quite one year and, so far, we've experienced no problems with his construction. No leaks, no drafts, no cracking drywall, everything worked from day 1 of our residency....all very good. Given our HOA requirements, the patio addition necessitated some unique construction procedures, which Zach and his crew met with professionalism, efficiency, and good humor. It was a pleasure to work with them and we hold Hryczyk Construction in highest regards.
