From initial introduction by the owner of ZBA he spent time walking w me under roof in unfinished parts showing me how he would customize to my needs. He showed market comparisons & statistics as well as 7 layer maters used for roof. It has a 50yr warranty & transferable warranty. He worked w my HOA & the whole process start to finish w his crew was ~ 1/2 day. It was smooth & worryfree! My home has a facelift & ready to sell.

What a great job ZBA Exteriors did on my garage and shop. They took the time to review my options with me and explain everything in detail so I could make informed decisions. They scheduled the job a few days after I signed the contract so I didn’t have to wait weeks like you do with some companies. The crew was professional ensuring not to damage anything I had around the building and moved some small decorations in my gardens to ensure no damage. Once done they made sure no debris was left laying around and had the dumpster picked up 1st thing the next morning. And of course you can see by the photo the work they did looks perfect.
