ZipLawn Lawn Care Service

I've been using ZipLawn all season and they have always delivered. The notifications of when they are on their way are helpful since I've got dogs to let in. My yard has never looked so good! Would highly recommend!

I used ZIPlawn for 3 years for my mothers house in Granbury. They were always prompt and I liked getting emails telling me the service was completed or it wasn't completed and the reason for that. They are very affordable and also offer a variety of other yard services which I used.

I will say that they always did a pretty good job on my lawn. There were weeks in a row, right before I cancelled with them, that yard clippings were being left on my back porch, but overall they did a pretty good job. The complaint I have with them is that there were times where either charges were being made or visits were added that caused the price to go up each month. I was on a budget and it was hard at times to maintain it when these surprises happened. Overall, everything was ok. I would just be concerned for those who have a budget.

I typically only take the time to write positive reviews for companies who provide service excellence. However, as one who searches YELP reviews when I am choosing how I spend my hard earned dollars, I am taking time out of my day to express my shock and disapproval of the unprofessional and confrontational behavior I witnessed by the owner of this company, Tom Crumb, handling a property repair issue with a friend of mine who employed his services. When I engage any home improvement service, I expect to be treated with common courtesy. I witnessed Tom behave in a very rude and confrontational manner with his customer. UPDATE: 7-1-22 It's been a year that I've used Ziplawn, now. Still, my wife and I are 110% satisfied! They always go above and beyond to make my yard the envy of the neighborhood. Keep up the great work-- you have a customer for life! These guys are the BEST! I have used pretty much every service in town, and without fail, have been disappointed. Ziplawn comes out every Tuesday and takes the ultimate care with my yard. They are in and out so quickly, and with such a graceful accuracy that I couldn't possibly switch to anyone else.
