Managers, Bosses, and HR do NOT care, HR will literally treat you like you're unimportant to them, they will treat you like dirt if you're not considered a "star" to them. Don't let me get started on your health, I got carpal tunnel working the same task everyday, I told them about it but they would not move me anywhere else, not even temporary so my hand could heal. Management sucks, they're incompetent, play favoritism, act like schoolyard bullies, they don't care or worry about the health of their workers, and if you're the new guy there they will treat you like you're dumb, in fact they treat some of the employees like that. Only thing good was holiday pay, but honestly you could get that anywhere else.

Poor management, favoritism, and hostile work environment. As noted by another reviewer, they have no qualms telling you that you can be easily replaced. Truly, a lack of professionalism, and a bad look for the county as a whole. It's a shame, because they make quality products. Do NOT apply here, unless management, or ownership, is your friend.
