Zurn Plumbing went above and beyond to help us with a complicated pipe leak in our basement. They showed up on July 4th—a holiday!—and worked with us over the course of several weeks to solve what felt like one plumbing mystery after another. Every single member of the Zurn team was polite, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. We always felt informed and supported throughout the process. Truly an amazing experience from start to finish—highly recommend!!!

Incredible service and experience. We had a plumbing nightmare involving a main sewage drain that destroyed our finished basement and parts of our kitchen. Zurn responded on a weekend, involved the company owner, spent hours diagnosing the problem, and spent the following several days repairing it. Everyone polite, knowledgeable, punctual, and cleaned up the entire project when it was done. Highly recommend their expertise and professionalism!

I had a problem with the downstairs commode that was not flushing, even after I snaked and plunged it. Called Zurn at 9 AM, plumber Steven Was here by 1 o’clock. They gave me a courtesy call to let me know he was coming, very helpful. Steven was personable, and very proficient clearing the line and informing me of the next step if it clogged again. Fair price for fair work given, this is the second time I’ve used Zurn and I really appreciate Honesty and professionalism.

Zurn has been my go to plumber for 5 years and has helped me out with issues ranging from installing a new water heater to small fixes. Their plumbers are knowledgeable, honest, and do excellent work. Zurn has excellent customer service. Mitchell did a great and thorough job, was very helpful, and really took the time to listen to my concerns and discuss options. Chris is always very helpful with making and managing appointments.

I cannot say enough great things about Zurn! They spent an entire day on 4 big projects at our home, requiring the water to be turned off to our whole subdivision. It was discovered that one fire hydrant wasn’t working, so it took 3 times longer for all the water to drain. They are such professionals, they remained focused & non-stressed. Stephen, Tyler, Alex & Matthew were all awesome. They kept us updated all day as things progressed. And, they did a splendid clean up job! We will call Zurn for any future plumbing needs.
