1st Maintenance

The owner, Robert, built us a deck that was amazing, so we called him again to build us our Carolina Room. It turned out fantastic! Price was far less than other estimates and we will call him again for future projects.

Robert is meticulous and thorough. He will make sure the work is done right, regardless of the amount of time it takes. He rebuilt our crawl space grates with a poly-aluminum cover, very tedious and time-consuming work, and we are happy with the results. He noted that some of our second-story leaders were not emptying into the gutter. He corrected the problem by installing the proper elbows and downspouts which are functional and look great. He also replaced the deteriorating aluminum trim in our garages with a higher-quality product. He is willing to listen to your concerns and will make sure that you are happy with the results. He is a skilled craftsman and was able to address a variety of issues in our home. All done on time and at a very reasonable price.

First I want to say to anyone reading this review that you need to beware of roofers who won't give you a quote until they know what your insurance company will pay and add things to your quote you don't need. Having said that, Robert was a breath of fresh air in the way he does business. He was on time for the inspection, told my wife and I what needed to be done and gave us a fair quote within a few days. His crew were extremely professional and cleaned up after they were done. I would highly recommend this company. And the roof is is everything we expected.

1st Maintenance is the absolute best! Robert has saved many deals for me over the years and he has helped several of my clients! He does a fantastic job with roofing and exterior repairs! He's very affordable, fast, and reliable. You can't find a better contractor in this area!
