I was attempting to source a refrigerator for one of my family members, that was not very financially stable and could not purchase a new one at the time. I purchased/ picked up the refrigerator and installed at the home. Within the noted 30 day warranty period, the freezer failed and ice maker wasn't functional. Also during this time another refrigerator was purchased for my home, as a unit for storing cake supplies. I was asked to bring the unit with the non working freezer back for warranty repairs and I was informed that ice maker repairs were not undertaken at this business. Also during this time I was informed that the machines should not be adjusted above mid level thermostat settings. No option for pickup or service visit was offered. Mind you, I understand the home was 30 mins aw

T &A Appliances are amazing people with great prices. Very prompt delivery. We absolutely love our stainless steel side by side refrigerator. It even came with a 30 day warranty. I will absolutely use them again. Thank you, T & A Appliances.

Very affordable prices needed a dryer due to the fact mine just abruptly stopped working got the same one I had Trent whose the T in T&A was awesome great service the delivery service which was handle by Angle the A in T& A not so great but all in all Trent made it bearable and the prices made it bearable as well

Had to call for service work, spoke to the girl in the front office seemed nice at first but then got snippy when I asked for an ETA on time frame. Service tech came out and did an outstanding job he is very professional and seemed to love his job and his customer service skills were top notch. Called to give payment and the girl who answered the phone was rude, in a hurry didn't seem to care about anything other than give me your money. I am going to assume that this is a husband and wife team. Maybe the wife needs to stay home and let the husband run the business because the wife definitely has no people skills. DO NOT TALK TO PEOPLE WITH DISRESPECT. You have lost my business. Not that it make a difference to you but word of mouth goes a long way in LORIS!!
