We bought a refrigerator in January. It was exactly what we wanted and the delivery fee was fair. The gentleman who delivered the refrigerator and set it up was so nice and efficient..Very professional but seemed like a good Ole neighbor or friend .. Good people ..

I bought a used dry for a $100 got it home and its a peice didn't work so they told me to bring it back its been 5 days still haven't received my refund, now I know they say 5 to 7 business days but I also know that its got everything to do with wf. COx JUST HITTING OK BUTTON BUT THEY DIDN’T THEY MADE ME WAIT AND INTENTIONALLY JUST SAYING DEALT WITH A LOT OF REFUNDS, THEY DON'T TAKE A WEEK, THEY CAN OKAY AND SEND IT THROUGH HAD MANY OTHER MERCHANTS.DO THIS FOR ME.\NBUT SO MUCH FOR THEIR FAKE HOLIDAYS AND MAKING ME WAIT they acted mad I brought when I took it back . I DONT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANY ONE

We had the entire house done. The crew were professional and did an absolutely beautiful job. Best part, two days and they were finished. We have the kitchen and baths left to do, better believe we will be contacting Cox flooring.

Workers were very professional and worked as a team. The finished flooring was beautiful.
