Hemingway’s Floor Cleaning Service (Cliff) was an absolute pleasure to deal with from the first phone call until the moment the work was finished. He was polite, professional and a man of his word. I say that as we live out of state so we’re always wary about the work that is done and the people who carry it out. We do not know any local folks and cannot be there to double-check. We are completely dependent on these reviews and hope for the best. Cliff kept us informed every step of the way. He offered and provided photos and videos of the work as it was performed and when finished. He even sent photos of his work vehicle which spoke volumes as the door was open to it and all of the chemicals and equipment were neatly setup and arranged. We knew at that point we had chosen the correct

Cliff did an awesome job cleaning the tile floor and shower in our master bathroom! Looks brand new! He responded promptly when asked for a quote and showed up on time. I highly recommend him for your tile/grout cleaning needs!

We are thrilled that we were able to find cliff Hemingway to repair and clean our travertine. We moved here to take care of my aging father and he’s got about 1200 sq ft of travertine through the house. Travertine that had not been cared for over 15 years. Cliff helped us by restoring the stone to its natural beauty and we are so glad we didn’t replace them. If you have stone flooring that needs some love, do yourself a favor and call Cliff. I purchased a condo and the tile and grout looked horrible. Cliff came to clean the tile and grout and did a phenomenal job.I never expected it to look as good as it does. I was thoroughly impressed. Cliff was very professional, kind, courteous, and kept his appointment even though it was an ice and snow day. I will definitely be calling Hemingway's back for all of my floor cleaning needs.

Cliff sealed and polished our granite kitchen countertop. He is such a pleasure and a true professional. Our countertop looks amazing. He is a great communicator and shows up on schedule. He is a neat worker and got the job done in the timeframe he quoted. Highly recommend.
