I had a great experience with ACTS. As it turned out, I needed a complete new system but they were fast to come assess and then to do the install. Troy, Chris, and Tyler were very respectful of my house and worked hard, so hot on the days they were in the attic. They took pictures so I could see what was going on up there, which I appreciated. Explained the whole process and answered all my questions. They cleaned up behind themselves, completed all the work in 3 days. I feel like I received honest answers and completed the job like it was their own home.

ACTS has been a great company with which to work. Jacob installed our system and Troy came out on a routine maintenance call. He went above and beyond explaining in detail everything that goes into keeping our system top notch!

Gary was professional, knowledgeable, and kind. He offered us a good price for services, and gave us some great tips we are using with our new hvac install.

Last summer, when it was time to replace our 2 HVAC systems, my husband and I interviewed 5 HVAC companies. ACTs stood out above the others due to their product, pricing and apparent knowledge during our conversation. I have waited to submit a review to be sure that the systems work well through the winter and into this summer. Systems are great! Also, ACTs did a good job replacing our ductwork. Everyone we came into contact with was courteous, professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. I was, also, happy that they all liked dogs. We will be using ACTs for many years to come and definitely recommend them.

We want to thank Corey and Mark for their responsiveness and hard work replacing our HVAC. We noticed on Easter Sunday that ours was not cooling and it was our first really warm day. We talked to ACTS on Monday and Corey came the same day. We had a bad experience with A+ Heating and Cooling so we were a bit wary of finding a trustworthy AC guy. Corey diagnosed the issue and gave us all of our options. He didn’t try to push any sketchy sales tactics on us like A+ had. We decided to go with a new system. Mark and Corey came out the very next day in the morning like they said they would and replaced our system. They communicated well with us during the process.
