5 Star has been so helpful over the past year with our furnace problems. They were able to come out short notice today to help get things working. It is 20 degrees and freezing, so it was a blessing to have quick, kind and professional service.

We just purchased a new home and had trouble for the second time with our system. It’s a somewhat high tech set up and I suspected that there could be a bug or two needing to be ironed out. On both occasions the company responded immediately. On this second occasion they realized something a bit more serious was at play and they dispatched two service technicians right away. They were able to remedy the problem in less than an hour and couldn’t have been more professional in helping us on a freezing cold winter day. Most highly recommend.
