Bill at Hollerbach Excavating is both a skilled excavator and a man of integrity. I've hired him for two significant projects involving extensive earthmoving, large-scale tree removal, and old house demolition. On the first occasion, he transformed my property in a single day, creating two access driveways and saving me considerable expense by efficiently removing trees himself, rather than requiring a separate tree service. He also provided clear instructions on how to manage the burn pile. More recently, I hired him to remove a dilapidated, 100-year-old cabin filled with debris. Throughout both projects, Bill's final bill was always at or below his initial estimate with results better than I expected. He is honest, reliable, and I highly recommend his services.

Our experience as a neighbor who is not happy. They excavated for a garage next door, while my MIL, the 91 year old homeowner had no clue. My husband, her son had to come home from work to be sure they had property marked off right as my name is not on the deed, not legally my call, as I explained to the guy who came to speak to us. I didn't babysit excavators work. I thought he was a professional. When the guy was done he just packed it in and took off not bothering to fix the mess he made in this lawn. You made the mess, you should fix it! Oh, and I forgot to mention how rude the guy was this morning to my husband on the phone. He hung up on my man!

I spray trucks with an anti rust undercoating. My parking lot was muddy and customers were complaining. I needed 40 ton of road gravel for my shop parking lot. I called Hollerbach and they delivered. Gravel was laid on our driveway. The material that was used was trash and unfiltered. Full of glass, metal, pvc, rebar among many other sharp and damaging materials.we filled several Buckets full of large trash and sharp items. When we expressed concern we were told it was normal. I can assure you large pieces of glass and metal rods sticking up from the driveway is not. We are lucky we haven’t received any flats this far. When it rains more of the trash becomes visible. Going on a year now and we are still filling buckets. The customer service on the issue was severely lacking and it was blown off as nothing. I sure hope they do better for future customers
