Advanced Plumbing

One of the drivers just almost hit me on the highway. He was swerving and tailgating everyone. Hopefully not under the influence. If this company runs like its employees drive- AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Advanced Plumbing has provided great service for a failed sewage pump in basement. Failed pump being replaced fast and worked since. However, recently tried to schedule for other plumbing repairs, but could not get on their schedule by calling the number and/or leaving a voice message. The voice message box is always full so it gives me no choice to call someone else, instead of staying with this local pluming service. Hope their voice mail box issue can be fixed in the future. 🤞🙏

Great service! Took an extra day because we originally planned a like for like replacement but after we talked it through with Tyler decided to go tankless. He was super patient and helpful and did a good job.

So I called Advanced Pluming and inquired about a bathtub install including the triple walls and how much it would cost. I was quoted $500 on the high end by Teri (the lady I spoke with). Set up a schedule. Plumbers came on time and worked a little more than 6 hours. At the end of the day, Advanced Plumbing told us there were some things on the wall we needed to fix first before they can complete the installation and to call them after it was done. We paid the $500 as quoted. We called them a few days later after we ourselves work on the wall the way they asked. We kept calling to make some type of arrangements and to try to schedule to have the installation complete. Well, it’s been more than a month and all we hear from Advanced Plumbing is crickets. Our water heater kicked the bucket on Monday morning. We called Scott at Advanced that afternoon, and Tyler was here within a few hours. He confirmed we needed a replacement and removed the old unit while we discussed replacement options. The new heater was up and running by Wednesday night. Tyler gave us maintenance info, and confirmed that everything was working before leaving. He was respectful, professional, and took care and time to do the job right. Found the pricing to be reasonable given the upgrade to a tankless unit. I will be calling Advanced for all of my plumbing needs. Thank you guys!
