This is the company that will give you horrible service and then give you the run around until you give up. I spent over $1800 plus 2 days of my limited vacation time on an iron backwash filter and all they did was install the machine, and set the time on the machine, even though I was told they would program it according to my homes water demands. They didn't even take a sample of my water. Following the installation my water was still staining everything brown with rust. The tech came to my house to diagnose, but all he did was tell me I might have copious amounts of iron in my well and set the frequency to regenerate every 2 days (extremely frequent), and took iron samples taken at the time of service. Had Boelcke come out and fix a plumbing issue related to the Kitchen sink. Our technician, Mr. Williams, was friendly, courteous, and explained the situation we were having with the sink. He provided us with options and he carried out the work order in a timely manner. Should I ever need plumbing issues again, I will call Boelcke.

Unfortunately, I’ve had a very poor experience with Boelke overall. I chose them specifically because I had heard great things and signed up for their maintenance plan, but it has been one issue after another. To be clear, every technician I’ve interacted with has been professional and pleasant. My frustration is not with the technicians themselves, but with company management, internal processes, and customer service. On the first visit, Boelke flagged that my furnace thermostat was set up incorrectly, even though they were the ones who originally installed and configured it. The technician told me he raised this internally, but because the home had changed ownership, the company would not cover the fix. Even he expressed that he did not agree with that decision.
