Wonderful company, Chad and his crew responded within 2 hrs of my distress call for a flooded walkout lower level. They completed the task of water removal and carpet removal and put on many evaporator machines to dry out my water soaked lower level. Such hard workers in 4hrs they had it done. We had a frozen water pipe that burst and didn't realize it for 24 hrs.They worked with my ins co. And took all the stress away. THANK YOU CHAD AND THE 911 RESTORATION for a fantastic job

Chad and his crew came immediately and were very swift at getting down to work on everything that needed to be done ! All workers were personable and very good about doing their job. Chad explained everything to me about how they were setting everything up to dry all the floors. What was going to happen next and what kind of work would be recommended. The outcome was everything he predicted and the floors were all dried. Chad was very good and new his job well. Concerned of the inconvenience of blowers and dehumidifiers noise. We handled it with minimal inconvenience except for the noise. We were pleased with the professional service and highly recommend Chad Griffioen and his crew for any of the jobs he advertised . 911 Restoration was absolutely amazing to work with. Chad came out the same day we called about our attic mold problem, gave us a fair and detailed estimate.
