VDC Concrete Lifting

Needed my patio leveled to install a pergola so I decided to have the driveway and a couple sidewalk squares lifted as well. Very easy to setup the initial meeting (with Andy, the owner). It was a pleasure talking business and trucks! I did receive a couple other quotes and while VDC wasn't the lowest bottom-line price, I felt like VDC was the best choice, and therefore the best value. I WAS RIGHT! Initial quote was received June 9, 2025 and VDC said they were about 4 weeks out. I asked if there was anyway to complete the work before the July fourth holiday, and they delivered for me. VDC did a GREAT Job for me. At first, I was only going to replace/repair a section of the driveway, but after further review with other crooked/cracked squares and to get the correct water draining, I decided to have the whole driveway done. VDC was accommodating to the job change. I give them an Out-Perform rating and highly recommended. The new driveway correctly drains the water away from the house. Awesome family owned business.

What a Great Company! I have used them 3 times and can not give them enough praise! As a Realtor, it is hard to find companies to show up to get a quote, then actually show up and do the work. VDC is is great with contact, does great work at a fair price and will do what they say!

We had VDC out to our home to address some sinking concrete pads on our driveway and walkway. The sinking pads were causing water pooling and leaks in our basement. A month after they did the work, I'm happy to say the leaks are officially gone and there is absolutely no water pooling. This company gave a quick estimate and followed up. They showed up when they said they would and sent a clear, easy to pay invoice for the work. The on-site worker even recommended some products to seal the problem pad to avoid future sinking and leaks. We had kent services out last summer to give an estimate on the same work and VDC not only beat their price but were much more friendly and easy to work with. We will definitely be recommending them to others.
