I couldn't recommend Cadena Heating & Cooling more! Jim went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Our installation went quick and he was available at a very crucial time for us. If you’re looking for a company with expertise, professionalism, courtesy, and great prices, look no further!

Jimmy does good work and is very knowledgeable. However, when you need a job done on a specific timeline, he is not reliable to keep his word that he’ll get it done. We gave him 6 weeks notice that we needed a job done to coordinate moving our park model off our site to prep for a new one. At 3pm on the last day, he calls to say he has a Dr appt and can’t do it. Then when we are obviously very frustrated with the situation, he tells us we were being disrespectful to him!! This is how you do business?? We were able to find another hvac company that came out the same day for $1,000 cheaper!!

Jimmie is awesome to work with! Very responsive! Installed a Brand new air conditioning unit. I would highly recommend! He went above and beyond. Very easy to work with. The best service I’ve ever had!

Highly recommend this company for any of your HVAC needs!!! We bunkered down the the blizzard of 2022, a few days before a Christmas just like everyone else in the area. The day of the coldest part of the storm, our heater decided to stop working. Our house dropped to almost 60 degrees fairly fast, and with a 2 year old it started getting a little scary. We called so many places to come out and take a look, but nobody could take us until 3 or 4 days later until after Christmas. Then we finally called Cadena. Jimmie did not hesitate to come out and help us out of the predicament. He was in the middle of making dinner, but dropped everything to come out to help us. Jimmy called me back in a matter of minutes and got to us within 20 minutes to repair our central air unit. And this was the hottest day of the early summer with a week of 90 degree temps coming. Jimmy was friendly, professional and priced right. Will definitely call again with any AC or furnace issues. I highly recommend.
