We were totally pleased with our service performed by Jaden and Kaden! Called first thing in the morning about a furnace not working (brrr).. . The guys arrived by 11 am and had it fixed in a very short time. Polite and very efficient, and the bill was lower than expected too. Service went above and beyond as they also noticed an unrelated water leak they recommended addressing. Totally satisfied in every way. Thank you so much!

Our furnace broke down early in the morning, and Mitch went above and beyond to help us out. We have an infant at home and they came out right away and were incredibly professional from start to finish. Mitch took the time to clearly explain what was going on, walked us through multiple options for both repairing and replacing our furnace, and never made us feel pressured or upsold. I'm sure they are good if you know going in that you want a new furnace. If you are looking to replace a part, I highly recommend calling someone else. They charge us almost $700 to replace a part that probably did not need to be replaced because if you would have looked at the code, it said "pressure switch shorted". He went on to tell us, "This may last 2 days, or 2 months, I can't guarantee anything" Probably knowing it wouldn't even last An HOUR after the techs came. When we called back, he said he would use what we already paid towards a new furnace. I was extremely skeptical at that point and called someone else who was honest and showed us what the blinking light on the board meant. Needless to say, we had the problem fixed by a different company and our furnace runs like brand new

I have had nothing but problems since the moment they installed my furnace. While the technicians are good my overall experience has not been good. If they offer to put in a new furnace with in days of telling you that you need one, take time to consider your other options. Honestly, I wish I had.

Caiden and Kyle did an awesome job installing my new AC unit from RX comfort heating and air conditioning. Even went above and beyond retaping my dryer vent I didn't notice got disconnected. They both were very professional and easy to talk to. Kyle was super informative on how everything operates and gave me some knowledge on the installation.
