Jags and Rags

This is our second cleaning and I’m so impressed. Alexia and Nina do a great job. Even the places I’ve had cleaners miss in the past. They were in and out so quickly too. I’m so glad I switched the Jags and Rags.

We had Jags & Rags come today for a one-time post-construction cleaning, and they did an incredible job! From the moment we walked in, the whole house smelled so fresh and clean. The windows are absolutely sparkling in the sunshine, and every surface that had been covered in that fine layer of drywall dust is now spotless. Elise, Minnie, Whitney, and Isabel were wonderful. They were thorough, professional, and paid attention to all the little details that make such a difference. They even made the kids’ beds and added thoughtful touches like the fancy folded toilet paper. After weeks of construction mess, it was amazing to walk into a house that finally feels clean and put back together. We are so grateful for the care they put into their work and would absolutely recommend Jags & Rags!

They worked so well together - efficient, organized, and completely in sync. You could tell they truly take pride in what they do. My husband was home while they cleaned and said they were SCRUBBING everything and didn’t miss a single detail. No shortcuts, no rushing- just thorough, hard working professionals. When I walked in (with our pups to greet them), the house looked spotless and smelled incredible. It felt like I was walking into a new home! Friendly, efficient, and did an outstanding job. We had the deep cleaning done. They didn't miss a detail all the way down to making our baseboards shine again. Our house has a refreshing clean to it. Will definitely be looking into their reoccuring services now. Great communication all throughout the process from setting up the time for a quote, reviewing the quote, and scheduling the cleaning. Quick to respond to questions. Easy to review and confirm the appointment online. Got a text the day before as a reminder and then a text morning of with an ETA.

Jags and Rags exceeded our expectations! Punctual, friendly and very detailed. Their personal touches made our home feel brand new. From the neatly folded towels right down to the baseboards. Our boys loved how they placed their stuffed animals and made their beds. We have a new dog and I was so nervous about how he would respond to new people in the home or the vacuum :) they made him feel comfortable immediately. Our home felt relaxing and fresh when we came home. Highly recommend.
