I can’t say enough good things about Johnathon Beddard. He was professional, punctual, and incredibly knowledgeable from start to finish. He took the time to clearly explain the issue, laid out the repair options honestly, and completed the work efficiently with great attention to detail. My system is running perfectly now, and the price was more than fair for the level of work provided. If you’re looking for a reliable, skilled, and trustworthy HVAC repairman, look no further. I would absolutely recommend him and will be calling him again for any future HVAC needs.

My wife decided to hire A+ to finish installing a light fixture in the kitchen. All that needed done were wires pulled from the ceiling and connected properly. The tech originally quoted $300 (which seems high for a job of less than an hour). He seemed to struggle to get the job done and then told my wife it would be $199 more. 4 hours later he had disassembled the 2 lights in the kitchen and a hall light not even on the same circuit. He managed to break the hall light fixture. My wife called and they said they would send him back but she told the person she would rather have someone else. They did bring a new fixture and replaced and another tech did the job. The 1st picture is of the fixture being installed. Technician Scott was very prompt and diligently started to fix my Fallen ceiling fan. He also explained to me the yearly plan and the savings and how that worked, I was very pleased with that. He did a great job and I would recommend him with a 10 star of satisfaction if it was all possible.

Great organization. Comfort adviser Casey was an absolute gentleman ant took the time to explain and answer any questions that we had. Lionel, the technician diagnosed and corrected the problem quickly. Very positive experience with a well run company. Would highly recommend them for service, maintenance or replacement.

I had to redo my original review… I am very disappointed and upset at the customer service right now. Paid a tremendous amount of money for a new system and duct work this week. 4 days later, my system is not working and my ceiling is leaking!! (Water everywhere!!) It is Saturday and I was told there were 24hr emergency technicians and I was added to the on call list. Yeah… ok. Currently 3:30am and haven’t heard a peep. For the amount of money we just gave these folks for my unit to be overflowing and not draining and ruining my ceiling and floors… just to not be able to get someone out to my house is ridiculous! Don’t advertise 24hr emergency technicians and services if you’re not going to show up or respond. Especially when it’s a problem that is faulted by the technicians! FYI we w
