Absolutely the best HVAC company around! Professional, knowledgeable and replaced our 29 yr old HVAC unit with no problems!! Will get their maintenance as well! Did not recommend anything that was not needed! Very honest and all workers and well as the owner, David were friendly and you could tell they enjoy their jobs! I highly recommend KOOL FREEZE!!

I contacted the owner Mr. Dave Barrett and I was impressed how professional and eager to resolve the issue I was having with my vintage gas pack. You will be hard pressed to find a nicer gentleman that also offers excellent service and a very fair price. My overall experience from start to finish with Kool Freeze and Dave was exceptional.

What an experience with Kool Freeze. Called them at 8am with no AC they had a tech to the house by 8:50am same day and they did an excellent job taking care of the issue. What a Professional company this is. The price was perfect and they were extremely informative let us know exactly what they were doing. They are our HVAC company from here on!!! I would give them 10 stars if I could!!! Our air went out on the hottest week with temperatures almost 100 degrees!We had contacted another company which promised to come the next day! This was on a Wednesday and Thursday they were supposed to come! On Thursday we were told it would be Monday!!!I was told by this company It was not their problem we didnt have air!!!! I immediately contacted Kool Breeze and the lady answered and I told her my problem and she said How can we help you!!!!! This company is outstanding and the owner immediately went to my house to check my unit!!! We needed a new one and his words were I can come tommorrow at 11. He did that at a very reasonable price compared to the other company! Thank you David and your wonderful employees for helping us out!

If I could give Nick 10 Stars I would a very polite and considerate stayed late to help with my heat pump with my husband having stage 4 cancer I was not sure what to do when the heat went out and Nick was very helpful very considerate and made sure I was okay before he left I would recommend Kool freeze over and over again.
