Our experience with Williams Carpet in removing carpeting and installing hardwood was excellent! From beginning to end, Klinton made the process stress-free and he went above and beyond in ensuring that we were comfortable and safe during this pandemic. He was very knowledgeable about his products and also helpful in the design and selection of the flooring. The installation crew were also terrific. They were prompt, professional, efficient, and did a great job of removing all the trash when they were finished. Our floors are beautiful and our only regret is that we did not do it sooner! As a matter of fact, we are so happy they are doing more work for us.

I am thrilled with my Luxury vinyl floors! Kim was amazing at helping me pick out the floors. Klinton kept me up to date daily on the status and sent pictures. The guys did an awesome job at installing and cleaning up. They moved my furniture and rugs and put everything back where it was. A fantastic experience all around.
