James, Grayson, and Ethan were fantastic! I was a little skeptical of the whole air duct cleaning process, and whether it should be done or not. But after speaking with the three guys, they ease my mind and made me feel at ease about the process that they explained in detail. They were confident in their work, knowledgeable, professional, friendly, tidy workers, humorous, efficient and I would let them do work on my air conditioning and heating system anytime! James did an amazing job! After a long day he came to our home at 8PM and did a thorough assessment of the homes square footage to size split system appropriately. He took the time to explain the different warranties and present the costs for all system levels. His patience and willingness to come back on the morning of the install and demonstrate the existing failure points was greatly appreciated. His follow-up was spot on with my wanting a few items remedied the next day, acknowledging OneHours commitment to customer satisfaction. James professionalism and knowledge is unsurpassed!! James not only showed up after a long hard day at around 9 o’clock pm at night but delivered incredible service taking care of my family while I was out of town. He made my system work and helped drop the temperature from 91° back down to a livable, comfortable home. To top it off he was going to see another customer to help them at 11 o’clock at night. You cannot pay someone enough to be this dedicated to service and quality! He just made me a customer for life!
