Highly recommend CZ Griffith! Put in a Springwell Whole House Water Filtration System. What a difference! It’s really so important if living in Brunswick County where water quality is awful. Ty was great to explain best system to fit our needs and budget. Russ installed in a few hours…. so professional and both are easy to work with.

I recently had a whole house water filtration system installed by C Z Griffith Plumbing. The process was flawless from start to finish. Ty was very helpful educating me and designing the right system for my house and his prices were competitive. He and Russ showed up promptly on the install day and the installation took less time than expected. I couldn’t be more pleased and look forward to Griffith Plumbing handling all of my plumbing needs.

We had a whole house filtration system and r/o filtration system put in and process was excellent from start to finish. Ty did a fantastic job giving us all the details (products, timeline, costs) when he came out to provide an estimate then kept us informed about install dates, etc to keep the entire process a smooth one. Russ did entirety of install in a few hours and he and Ty answered any & all questions we had throughout the install. Process from estimate to completion was 1st rate.

Noticed a leak from the plumbing attached to the circulation valve, tried calling the plumber that installed the unit, no answer, called these guys, left a message and got a call back in 2-3 minutes. I described to Ty the issue, he asked me to send some pictures of the pump and the plumbing, and stayed on the phone with me for 30-45 minutes walking me through a temporary repair. Very impressed that he invested so much of his time helping me with what turned out to be a fairly straightforward fix when he could have very easily turned it into an after-hours service call and left my recently widowed mother with another thing on her already full plate. Ty & Russ are beyond TREMENDOUS. At every turn they exceeded our expectations and did the impossible during their 2 visits C Z GRIFFITH PLUMBING installed a whole house water system for us and the installation was SHOW CASE PERFECT Today they came back to install a new sink faucet for the osmosis system. Ty & Russ also fixed our bathroom sink, laundry room sink and replaced all the drain valves for our dock In every case the work was performed with brass fittings at the elbows , not PVC and put all brass replacement fittings to prevent rust on our dock They were on time, very neat and cleaned up everything and walked us thru everything to make sure the jobs were completed to our satisfaction .
