I called three companies to come out and cut back our trees. William of Webb Construction was the first person to reach out. He said he lived a mile away and could be at our place in a half an hour. He showed up 3 hours later. That should have been our first warning. He said he could do the job in the next couple days, but would text us in a half an hour to give us a time. He seemed like a nice guy so I cancelled the other tree guys I had set up to come out. Two weeks later…not a word. I texted him and asked when he could come out. He texted back and said he could come out the following weekend. It rained that Saturday so he texted and said he couldn’t cut the trees in the rain but if it cleared up he would come out that afternoon. We waited around. It did clear up in the afternoon but
