Very unprofessional and rude. Our furnace quit running on a Sunday, called and was told someone couldn’t come until Monday or Tuesday. I realize it’s Sunday but it’s 26 degrees out so we are supposed to go without heat and hot water? They don’t have someone on call for emergencies? We called someone else, bless this man, he wasn’t feeling well and came to look at our furnace. When he looked at it the furnace was so filled up with soot it shut down . We paid A&S 350.00 to clean and service the furnace 11/2 months before. He told us to call A&S and make them make it right. He has had numerous people have problems after the technician whose name was on the paper work worked on their furnace. He sent pictures. Angela, I’m assuming that’s she is the owner called us back. Had a leaking tub faucet leaking down the walls to basement. More to story but the principal of the story is the tech was here for 10 minutes. He had to check with the office after assessing came back in and said there was nothing he could do, but I still have to charge $100. I understand a service fee, but if you don't touch or do anything give them a discount. I think the job was bigger than they wanted to do. After this I've been told they are known for this. I will not recommend this company..

We called A & S Mechanical Heating & Cooling Inc to diagnose an issue with our HVAC. While the technician was polite and did provide a diagnosis, the billing was very disappointing. We were told it would be $120 just for them to show up, but then received a $200-something bill without any clear explanation of the extra charge. No repair work was done—ONLY the diagnosis. Transparency in pricing is very important, and unfortunately, this was not communicated clearly to us. Because of this, I cannot recommend their services. I suggest hiring another company that is upfront and clear about their pricing before you commit.

Had the best experience! We unfortunately lost central air during a heat wave, but Bonnie and Heather were able to coordinate a same day visit! Due to the complexity of the unit and obtaining parts, it took a week or so to fix. Bonnie even was able to determine that we were still under warranty from the homes previous owners!!! The communication and speed to which they worked with me was top notch! Highly recommend and have asked that they be our routine service company!
