I would highly recommend Log Building Maintenance and Restoration. The team that was sent to our home this October 2025 to do our Caulking, and address issues that we had from the previous crew, went above and beyond for us. They did what they were sent to do, plus went above and beyond and fixed all issues that we had. They were extremely professional, courteous, clean and had all appropriate equipment. We will definitely be using this company in the future for all our Log Home needs.

The office provided information and coordination to work around our schedule. When the crew arrived they got right to work. During the repairs additional work was needed and the price was very fair. The worked through some challenges and rough weather. They were very professional and courteous. The final product was completed on time and I couldn’t be happier.

Tom who did my estimate answered all my questions and offered ways to maintain my log cabin. Laura in the office, was easy to work with and quick to respond to emails or phone calls. Finally, Tim & his crew did an amazing job implementing the restoration plan. My house looks brand new and I could not be happier!

Our home was not in bad shape, but did need some TLC. Carpenter bees had drilled some holes. The worst one was further drilled by a wood pecker. There was one place that had rotted wood. We have an addition that should have had two coats originally, but only had one and had been peeling. All these things are taken care of. Best of all, the house looks so good now. Such a blessing to have it properly maintained. Very easy to work with company. They all work together for the best outcome.
