This review is maybe the most important you ever read if you have basement water problems. Don’t even waist your time with anybody else. After purchasing a brand new home in January with a “builder’s warranty” we were left to fend for ourselves by May. The “builder” never disclosed that it was wetlands, didn’t disclose all the previous flooding and never installed the stormwater management drains around the entire subdivision or retention pond required before he was permitted to build.
