Called back to give me estimated day to come service washer and dryer. Came within that time frame and did the service. Excellent customer service.

Dan ghosted me... He replaced a fan in my wall oven. Then the fan started making a constant, loud, mechanical noise. I contacted him several times (called, texted). No response. I had to have another repair company come and fix his problem. Unprofessional!

Called him about getting my dishwasher and stove burner repaired. I described the issues over the phone and he said that he needed to order a part for the stove. He said the part should be in next week. After two weeks of no return call, I made a call inquiring about the part. He said it wasn't in, but hopefully would be in the following week. It's been about a month since that call and I never heard from him again.

Great service! I had a broken clothes dryer and a house full of visiting family members. Dan suggested what the problem might be and had the part in stock. I was able to make the repair myself and get the dryer running again for $15. Dan has done a couple repairs for me in the past on other appliances and he is definitely the best!

I have used his service for repairs many times. Quick, affordable, courteous service. Never disappointed! I have even called to "pick his brain" on DIY projects and always helpful. Would highly recommend to anyone.
