Regretfully cannot recommend In my experience, this move was handled very poorly. The team mishandled my sofa and left it dirty and damaged (see photos). What followed was two months of back-and-forth that became overwhelming and stressful for me. I was assured several times that someone would return to clean and repair the sofa, but those visits never happened. Despite repeated follow-ups, the issue was never resolved and I did not receive a refund. I expect accountability and basic follow-through; unfortunately, I did not experience that here. With respect, I cannot in good conscience recommend this company. For your own peace of mind, please consider choosing a mover that stands behind its work and treats customers with care. I was living at Gaslight Village when they arrived in a U-Haul truck they rented, I thought they had a whole fleet of trucks, according to their photo, this was last August 12th, 2025. 4 man team I recall, and I was accused a few times of things I didn't do, and they were going to "take everything off the truck" if I didn't pay the entire amount, I wrote a check (after they got to my house for some things I needed to get out, it had sustained tree damage), I'd already given him the deposit. Acted like a bunch of thugs, I'm no criminal. I wasn't rude to anyone, they lied. That's at their first stop, my apartment at that time. I called many movers, got estimates over 600-700 dollars, even one who estimated 1400$ and five hours to move out my 10x15 storage. Mo promised me three guys, a 20 ft truck and two hours and came with a 25ft truck, got out moved out the storage in under 30mins, and after driving over finished in again under thirty moving us out in less than an hr and a half. Most impressive and careful move I’ve seen and at the most affordable price I found in the area as a college student. Highly recommend if you want professionalism, speed, and a bang for your buck!
