Halco did a project at my home to fill in an old pool with gravel. They did an excellent job! A very big thank you to the two guys that were here to drain the pool, pick up the gravel (took several loads) and move the gravel with a bob cat to fill in the pool. A big thank you to Tyler Bennett and Nate Robson - you guys were the best! Thank you!

Jacob was great. He looked over and tested my furnace thoroughly. He explained thoroughly what he did and let me know I needed to replace an important part for the furnace. He gave me a couple of scenarios and I was able to choose so he could get a necessary part ordered. He is a 5 star employee for sure!! The team showed up at 8:30 this morning and worked until way past 5 PM, Updating my electrical system. They were personable, hard-working, and so thoughtful. Mike saw that I was bedbound and offered to bring a generator because they had to turn my power off. It was literally the coldest day of the year with temperatures in the single digits. I can’t say enough about this company overall. Every single phone call and interaction I have with anyone in the company was a positive experience. Their customer service is exemplary.. They had to coordinate with NYSEG employees to complete the project and they went out of their way to accommodate me.. While their 24/7 number and kind workers gives a peace of mind that professionals are on the way, that is about where their quality of service ends. The tech was very nice, but gave me a different time frame on repair than the office on the same day. Once the part came in, it was installed and the furnace promptly died again 2 hours later. Now we have to wait again for them to comeback, which means my third day of work this week I have to take off to wait for them.

We've had a lot of good workers in our home but for anything to do with plumbing, Logan stands out as our go-to plumber for his knowledge, his positive attitude and his integrity. Twice this winter Logan was called to deal with our plumbing issues, and on both occasions he saved us time and significant expense. Each time, Logan diagnosed the problem quickly, then recommended solutions we hadn't considered that helped us avoid unnecessary repairs and down time. It's a welcome change in a time where you can easily pay $500 for a house call and a couple of add on services that maybe you needed, and maybe you didn't.
