Roto-Rooter of Ithaca and Cortland

I called Roto-Rooter on Monday and they had me scheduled the very next day. Paul and Rich arrived on time, they were polite and courteous. Expained everything to me and gave me up front pricing before getting started. They worked quickly, they were very clean and respectful, they did a good amount of problem-solving work and they made sure I inspected and was happy with the items fixed before presenting the bill. The price was fair and the all the work very well done. I would not hesitate to call Roto-Rooter and ask for Paul and Rich again.

The worst company. Workers came to clear pipes. Cost me thousands because the experienced workers claimed my drain pipe was charged with electric charge.. told my wife not to touch the sink bc she could die then left the job The pipe is PVC...... That should tell you all you need to know. The first PVC pipe in history to hold electric charge.

Emergency call for clogged pipe to septic. Answered immediately, scheduled for first thing in the morning, called ahead of time to let me know he was on the way. Had it fixed in 10 min! Fast and efficient.

Roto-rooter is our go to plumber. Today we had them install a dishwasher but they’ve also done toilet and shower repairs for us. They are prompt, helpful, upfront about costs, and very responsive. Will continue to use their services!

Kyle came on a Sunday on short notice. He kindly explained everything he needed to do and why. He was thorough and extremely helpful. Five stars ~ would highly recommend!
