What a pleasure to have Mike Q. work on troubleshooting the problems with my electric baseboards! He arrived as promised and set right to work uncovering a wire that had become disconnected, and then moved on to another unit that had a manufacturers faulty thermostat…was up and running and back into warmth during an especially frigid period. Mike was efficient and knowledgeable, and so pleasant in his demeanor! He left me with a “warm glow” and faith that the problems with my baseboards were finally resolved!

From soup to nuts Pleasant Valley is outstanding. They reached out to me ahead of time to schedule annual maintenance for our standby generator. As the date drew nearer they sent me a reminder. On the scheduled day another reminder and then a notification that the tech was on his way—complete with photo of the tech, Chris. He serviced our unit, answered my questions and offered some advice. Outstanding!

Mike installed my new generator. He was excellent and pleasant to interact with. He explained all the steps for the install, and followed through in a timely manner. When the install was complete he made sure I understood all the features of the generator. A pleasure to have him at my home!!!

This was a pleasant experience all around. Sam did a nice job of explaining options. John Q. did the work. He’s super polite, very efficient, told me what he was going to do and then did it with great proficiency

My experience with Pleasant Valley Electric has been extremely good. Scheduling prompt and timely & very good communication about appointments. Chris and Mike have been exceptional at servicing my generator and keeping it running well ! I will be purchasing a new unit to replace the one I have with them because they are reliable and offer fair prices for service and the new installation.
