Absolute Best Tile & Carpet Cleaning

Pros: they take last minute emergency jobs. They have products that were great for areas actually treated. But. . . Cons: They arrived over an hour late. They Did not pass the baking soda test. Small amounts placed to see if they did everything they said they would. Especially since they went by square footage and didn't even do under beds that moved electronically so they could. The one chair specifically asked to be moved they didn't do behind it or underneath it. Not good for seniors or anyone who can't push to have the whole job done either because you're not home or you're busy. They did not go under any furniture and the one chair they were asked to move they didn't. They're absolutely the worst carpet company I've ever worked with. Great team cleaned and sealed our slate floor. The amount of dirt I never knew was there was impressive and now the floor looks amazing!! Would highly recommend them to anyone. They did an amazing job.

My berber carpet needed a professional cleaning so I called a few local businesses for a quote. The owner of Absolute Best Tile & Carpet Cleaning was easy to get a hold of and shared extensive knowledge before I even hired the company. The technician arrived on time and also shared expertise as to what he was doing and why. I ended up doing an additional treatment to the carpet based on what the technician recommended. Due to the added treatment the invoice was slightly higher than the initial quote (with good reason) but overall I still paid less when compared to two other quotes from local carpet cleaning services. I will absolutely hire Absolute Best Tile & Carpet Cleaning again in the future and recommend them to anyone in their service area.
