Kitchen Encounters

Thank you Allison for your patience in helping me with my counter top and Jim for having it ready within hours and taking the time to help me understand what needed to be done. It was a great experience doing business with you all. I wish more businesses were like this, taking such good care of the customer.

This is my second time using kitchen encounters for my home and I cannot recommend them enough! High quality cabinets, that come with great customer service!

This was our second kitchen remodel with Kitchen Encounters. We were so satisfied with our first remodel, we wouldn’t have gone anywhere else! Bob is always customer oriented, and he cares about his business and maintaining its stellar reputation. Joy was so organized, and professional. She made sure that all aspects of the remodel went smoothly, and she was always available when we needed her input. My husband and I love our new kitchen, just like we loved the first kitchen remodel we had with Kitchen Encounters. They truly are the best of the best! Deb & Chris Ward

I Will not hire them again. They installed a quartz countertop in my kitchen but that took at least 14 different people to come to do their own thing and they didn’t even communicate with each others…needless to say the project became overwhelmed for my husband and I and their job was sloppy.

Great job by Bob and his team on our kitchen renovation. The few issues that we encountered were handled quickly and professionally. All around a great experience.
