CABAN'S HEATING & COOLING

This review is so overdue...2 weeks ago my heat went out on a Thursday night. The temp was dropping quickly. When I went to bed it was 54 degrees. Before I fell asleep, I was Googling plumbers who dealt w/gas furnace. I found Caban and sent a "Good Morning" email with my issue. I found the reviews quite positive and more importantly, the fact that Felix responded back to ppl. Felix texted me back that night to my genuine surprise! He asked a few questions then said that he would fit me in in the morning. By morning, My house was at 44 degrees! Felix text me a little before 8am for my address and came over. Felix went above and beyond! He first took the time to troubleshoot my boiler issue over the phone at no charge. When it turned out a small part needed to be replaced, he arrived within just a few hours — during a blizzard, no less! He fixed everything in under an hour. Truly fantastic service. Highly recommend!

I bought a home this summer with a nightmare oil furnace. The furnace would only work for 2 weeks and then stop working. I had 2 different repair techs come out who replaced parts over and over but furnace still stop working after 2 weeks. Eventually I got ahold of Felix and explained my situation, he came out same day and figured out what the issue was after some investigation. Felix is extremely knowledgeable, caught many issues previous techs didn't recognize or ignored. Unfortunately the part is hard to find but Felix was able to find it and get it installed. Furnace is working great now and I'm happy that I didn't need a new furnace! Don't hesitate if you need work done right give Felix a call, he's very knowledgeable and affordable

Findinding my furnace not working at the worse time when cold. Your service rep Nathan arrived at my house and immediately made me his partner in trouble shooting my problem.
