Let me begin with customer service, Denise was awesome answering all my questions. Jimmy came to my house and shared every detail I needed to know about the job that was going to be done and clearly explain everything on paper (free estimate). The day of the installation, he came early and shared what was going to be done. It took them about three hours to install three zones with 19 heads total. I do agree with other reviews where you won't even notice any makings or no damage to your lawn. Jimmy even added some grass seed to any location where a small amount of grass was removed.
