Lumber Liquidators

We had a great experience at Wilbraham Lumber Liquidators. Matthew, the store manager, was very helpful with the whole process of picking out flooring, setting up delivery, and even processing our return of a defective tread. The flooring is fully installed now and looks great! Now on to painting and new baseboard.

Hello, I am writing this on behalf of my wife Tina, she did this flooring project on her own. Matt on Boston Road in Indian orchard Ma helped her tremendously from the start, from types of flooring to installation and cleaning products. Flooring was delivered on time and installation went great. The workers did a great job as if it was their own home. They did a wonderful job cleaning up when they were finished. This was a totally perfect experience. We were in and out in less than 30 minutes. I knew exactly what I wanted and Al showed me all the options, explaining the different grades of flooring that would meet our needs. We have worked with Al previously when he was at the Hatfield store. He’s the best! We don’t have the flooring installed yet, but when we do, I’ll be sure to post pictures.

Al and Matt were very helpful! We were coming from out of state to pick up flooring and they were courteous on the phone. They made sure the style was actually in stock. They sent us estimates via email, images of discounted flooring and assisted with packing. Thank you so much!

We bought the vinyl plank flooring to do our entire house in. We've only had it for about 3 years and it had started chipping and curling at the ends. We placed a claim because it was guaranteed and we were given multiple reasons why they wouldn't cover it. It was the humidity and then it was that our floors were uneven. The excuses went on and on. We can't fixed the planks because they changed the locking system so even if we bought extra they wouldn't work. We were told that there was a problem with the floor locking in. After a few thousand dollars we have terrible floors. We don't even know what to do because we can't afford to replace the floors.
