Just received excellent service from Mr. Kevin Wilkie with ALK. Scheduling on the phone was seamless and their staff was very friendly. Mr.Wilkie came on time of the appointment and communicated before he arrived his route status which is super helpful when you are scheduling appointments inbetween work and life. He was cordial and efficient with his work, I was very impressed with the organization and cleanliness of the work truck. He got my broken key out, fixed the lock, and made me a key with a spare in no time. I highly recommend this company to everyone who is in need of locksmith services. Thank you ALK!
