ACME Pool and Spa Company

We have had our Marquis Spa for 5 years. Acme’s service and personal attention has been spot on; they are patient when explaining water testing and opening/closing procedures and are always willing to explain why certain additives may or not be needed. In addition I purchased skis and have very happy with not only my skis but the support offered for an older skier! Great folks all around! 😊

7.3.2025- response to your lies below.. None of this was addressd when you came to my home several time to measure our pool, nor was it discussed when we sat in your office! You sent a bunch of incompetent 20 year olds with one seasoned person to remove and install the liner. I can posts months of text with your staff advising of the incompetence of your workers if you would like. You installed the liner incorrectly, I noted the issue prior to the water being brought in, your 20 year's old were to busy messing with the turtle the found at my home. The sagging was worse after the first load of water delivered, even the water delivery company agreeded and got involved calling yoh.. You waited days to have the liner so call Heat up to stretch. The worst installment and service ever. Own

Where do I begin! What a nightmare! Hired Acme to install a new liner which was supposed to be installed first week in June. They set up 4 appointments to start in which I took vacation time to be here and 4 no call no shows! After numerous calls and complaints they finally start the job. First day left a guy here alone to clean out the old debris and liner. He worked hard by himself I must give it to the young kid. Didn’t return for days to install the new liner another no call no show the next day. Left a pump running dry for two days in my pool with no one to retrieve it. Guys install the liner leave and the liner is falling down out of the track everywhere. I’m told this is normal. This company has amazing employees and work ethic. We had an inground pool put in and they were always on time, worked all day and did a great job. The office staff is very prompt with answering questions and returning phone calls. The guys doing the manual labor were well mannered, nice to me, nice to my kids who wanted to watch them work. I HIGHLY recommend this company.

I have been a customer of Acme Pools for serveral years and have been very happy with the service I've received. I have had two other pool heaters from other companies. When my last one died I debated on getting another one as I have a large pool and they never seemed to work very well. Our season is so short that I made the decision to buy a new one. Andrew was great to work with, I purchased the Heywood 140k. It works great. It was expensive but worth the money. I have never had a better pool heater.
