Frequent shopper here and it's my preferred home improvement store without question. I recently ordered 20 40lb bags of salt for my water softener online for pick up and 2 young guys wheeled the carts all the way to my car and insisted on loading the bags into the trunk. They were pleasant and professional and I will absolutely be back to this store in the future.

I find this store to be a consistently positive experience. The team demonstrates a high level of training and professionalism. Their product knowledge surpasses that of other brand representatives. Product availability is superior to the competition. The store maintains a clean environment, and the staff presents a professional appearance. Furthermore, the store offers ample parking and wheelchair-accessible entrances.

I used to really like this store — great selection and good prices. But my last visit left a bad impression. An older man working in the paint department was rude and irritated from the very beginning. Instead of helping me, he spoke to me with annoyance and then started telling his coworker how “smart” he was and how “stupid” the customers are. It’s a shame that the attitude toward customers has changed so much. I hope the management pays attention to this behavior, because situations like this are what drive loyal customers away.

Very good and easy purchase, bought a generator, had much help first loading on kart to register two more were very helpful at register and a forth didn't hesitate to help me load it in truck big thanks to all.

Went in for plywood, and needed it to be cut. Was assisted immediately by Brandon, and he helped with everything we needed, from the aisle to the saw. At the saw, Brandon was assisted by Wilson. The sheet was meticulously measured and cut perfectly. Both Brandon and Wilson displayed excellent customer service skills, and were both friendly and knowledgeable. We will definitely be using this Home Depot location (New Hartford) for future project needs due to the outstanding service we received from Brandon and Wilson.
