Excellent experience. Ordered a dryer online for black Friday sale got a good deal. The third party delivery service(believe it was CE) was amazing made it easy and super fast. They were very polite and helped me with any questions I had. So happy I got my dryer fast, installed and the old one taken away within maybe 10 minutes.

I purchased a 25.00 HOLIDAY item on 1-5-26 and wasn't aware of the return policy till I tried to return the item less than 30 minutes later. I paid cash and had my receipt. ---(There is no return policy signage posted anywhere except for at the return counter area.)--- The reason i requested a return is because an additional accessory needed to be purchased for my item to be usable. The additional item is out of stock with Lowes, so my item is useless. The store still wouldn't accept my return when I explained the situation. Very disappointed. You might want to visit the stores return counter or website before making a purchase. Now I have to think twice before making a purchase here. 🙄

Never go here! Never buy anything they cut if you do. Avoid the store at all costs! They managers are ridiculous and calling customer service is useless. They do not care about customer service. I tried to return 150 of wire they cut. NO one told me it was not returnable..no one told me when I purchased it or picked it up at the pick up desk. I would NEVER have purchased this. It was totally unused. I will never go to this store after today. I just cancelled my credit card as well and opened a home depot card. I refuse to give my hard earned money to a store that isn’t clear about their return policy. You just lost a 10-15k spend customer. Extremely frustrating and disappointing experience I wasted over two hours at Lowe’s on my already busy day off trying to resolve a simple pricing issue. As shown in the photo, the sign clearly advertised $100 off the washer and dryer set, but when I went to check out, the discount wasn’t applied. Several employees agreed with me that I should have received the $100 off, but no one could give me a direct answer after several attempts to try and figure out why LG didn’t qualify for the extra $100 in the fine print (although it did state that it qualified in the fine print..) I had to speak to three different managers, and one of them even left without updating me on any resolution. I'm particularly fond of the Rome Lowe's. They seem to have adequate and helpful associates who are eager to help. Even if you are just passing one of them they always ask if you need help finding something. The cashiers are always polite and friendly as they are efficient. We were able to get all of the supplies we needed to build a small deck in just one weekend with all of the pieces being in stock in the store. Oftentimes many places don't have enough material to make that possible.
