Called at 9am and mike Jr was able to have me send photos of my door not closing. Mike Sr was here before 11 and had my front door fixed within 10 minutes. Wonderful job and very affordable. Highly recommend

I called to have my home door locks changed and to add a keypad entry for my kitchen door from the garage. From the very first call, Amanda was wonderful! She was very personable, and attentive to my needs. She had Mike call me that same day to go over the details, and he came to my home the very next day. Mike took the time to look at my doors and gave recommendations that were practical and made sense, without trying to upsell or add unnecessary extras. It was not a big job, yet it didn’t matter for service and completion! I truly appreciated the honesty, professionalism, and kindness shown from both of them. Called Monday morning never got a call back.Went back In person Monday afternoon and was told the owners son was out on a call.Two days later not a peep.wonder how they stay in business with such horrible treatment of their customers.will never recommend them to anyone I know.i did finally receive a call on Thursday morning with some what of a reason why they didn't call me back.But still not sure if I would do business with them in the future.

Everyone I spoke with was professional and friendly. Mike came out and fixed all our door/ lock issues! We were very satisfied with the service. IMO, very reasonable pricing as well. We would highly recommend anyone to call them if you need a locksmith.
