Prim and Proper Tree Service

Unfortunately, I wish I was posting a positive review for Prim and Proper, because the experience at first was great. I’m posting on behalf of what my partner has gone through. The initial first phone call was great, and someone was out the same day to take a look at our tree and multiple stumps to remove. They removed multiple smalls stumps, one large one, and an entire tree for us shortly after the initial visit. Our neighbor had an odd request to have the tree trunk for some wood working projects dropped off in his yard, and Tom was more than willing to accommodate that even though he didn’t have to. They responded quickly to our call after a tree fell partially onto our house. They were here the next morning to remove the tree and take the remainder of it down. They did a great job cleaning up the debris as they worked. They were friendly and let us know how things were going each step of the way. Their prices were very reasonable. We would highly recommend Prim and Proper. Very efficient.

Had some trees partially fall during a storm and Prim and Proper was quick to come out and give a quote the same day I called, even with all the other tree work in the area. They were able to clean up the downed trees and branches in one day. They had great communication and responsiveness. They also did great work on the cleanup. I'm very happy with my experience and the team cleaned up the area so well that I wouldn't have known there was work done if I wasn't the one to call it in.

Spent over 6,000 to have trees removed. Had part of a tree go through my garage roof and rip siding off my garage. Siding was repaired with extra that I had. Tom told me he would replace what he used. Repaired the roof, did not finish. Had several ruts that were suppose to be filled in. Made 4 calls to Tom never came back. I have since filed a complaint with the better business bureau. Hopefully no one else uses this company. Very dissatisfied.

I highly recommend Prim and Proper for tree removal. Very professional and not expensive. They removed a gigantic dead tree, super close to house. They did it in 1/2 day compared to other quotes that said it would take 2days. They had best price and work area was cleaner when they were done than before they started working.
