I almost didn’t go with these guys because of the bad reviews. I’m so glad I did. They’re amazing. They got here within three days. They fixed my double oven in the cheapest way possible. They did their due diligence to make sure they could fix it without parts before ordering parts. I will always use them for appliances from now on. Don’t listen to these negative reviews. They’re good people!!!

Adair Appliance is great. They are knowledgeable AND reliable. Aaron arrived when he said he would and completed the service call efficiently and quickly. We are more than pleased.

Last update (back to 1 star): never showed up again, won't return calls. Update (to 3 stars): He showed up today to work on our washer. Unfortunately, I had tried another fix this morning and ran a tub clean cycle to see if it worked. It did not, and now the tub is full of water. I have to let it drain out of it's little manual drain hose for a couple of hours, so he showed up in vain. We will try again tomorrow. Old Review: Never showed for the 3 different appointments we scheduled with them. My Wife was originally the one to call and schedule the appointments. They stopped answering her calls when the 2nd appointment was missed, so I called from my phone yesterday and got straight through. They said they would come out this afternoon... they no-showed again, now all my calls are going

We needed the igniter replaced on our gas oven and it was replaced in under 20 minutes. I'm so happy that the Adair's service the Harper area! Friendly, quick, and efficient!

When our dryer stopped heating, I was hopeful we could repair rather than replace. While others didn't answer phones or wanted to charge a rush fee if I didn't want to wait 10 days, Adair's Appliances was ready to help. Mr. Adair figured out what was wrong, got us the part and saved our dryer. And saved us a great deal of money since we don't have to buy a new one! It's rare to find quality customer service anymore. But I'll call Adair's again when we have another repair need!
